Although the client ultimately opted not to proceed with its construction, this 375 sqft detached accessory dwelling unit was designed and permitted with the goal of serving as a short-term rental. This petite cabin features a loft bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom and can fit well on many lots within West Seattle.  Some might be worried designing a tiny area could sacrifice big bathrooms or king-sized beds. But, we say: Bring on the challenge.
